WHY DO WE NEED TO DIET
WHAT IS GOOD DIET
There are many reasons why we need a healthy diet. A healthy diet gives our bodies the right nutrients and fuel. When our bodies have the right balance of nutrition we feel better and we are able to accomplish more in one day. Our mood is stabilized and we are more likely to be happy. A poor diet can cause us to feel sluggish, tired and moody because when we eat poorly we become deficient in key nutrients.
Many people are confused about what really is a healthy diet. Some people might think that if they eat one vegetable per week that this will give their body enough nutrition. A healthy diet is a diet loaded with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, along with lean meats and other protein sources. A healthy diet is a lifestyle. We need a healthy diet to maintain good health and prevent diseases such as cancer and diabetes.
Fruits and vegetables
In order to maintain good health a person needs five to eight servings of fruits and vegetables daily. It is also important to consume different types of fruits and vegetables rather than eating the same types of veggies all the time. Eating one apple a day is a good goal, but be sure to eat other fruits and vegetables also. If you have a hard time eating your vegetables you can also make a green smoothie or even put your vegetables in a juicer. Just be sure to add the pulp back into another recipe to get your fiber.
Protein
Protein is an essential part of a healthy diet. The skin, hair and nails are mainly composed of proteins. Protein can be found in chicken, fish, beef and eggs. Vegetarians can also get the right balance of protein from nuts, beans, soy and even spirulina. Spirulina is a sea vegetable that is loaded with nutrients and it is one of the most easily digestible proteins known to man
Good Fats
Fatty acids are very good for your health. The brain and heart thrive on omega 3 fatty acids. These healthy fats reduce inflammation within the body and reduce the incidence of disease. Omega fats are found in salmon oil, cod liver oil, nuts, seeds and eggs. You can also buy cod liver oil in supplement form and take it daily.
Hydration
A healthy diet isn't just about what foods you eat. It is also very important to include plenty of purified water in your diet. The human body is over 70 percent water and water is needed for almost every bodily function even. Water transports nutrients, and bathes our cells from the inside out. Water helps to flush out waste and toxins and water helps to keep the skin and brain healthy. Most people need eight to 10 glasses of pure water each day, but if you exercise or work in the sun you may need more. Listen to your body and drink more water if needed.

Women also can become bodybuilder
Female Fitness And Bodybuilding - It's About Repetitions, Not Crazy Weights
So, if you're a woman, female fitness and bodybuilding might just be what you need - if you want to look and feel really good about your body. The secret is to ensure that by getting a great physique and well as looking feminine, you have to be clever about the way you take up your particular exercises.
And the really important part of female fitness and bodybuilding, is that women want to retain their femininity without the fear that they are going to look like, or even (goodness forbid), turn into a man! Be assured - it won't happen! It cannot happen. Because genetically, women just aren't built to get to the same stature of men, however much they work out.
It's almost impossible to become as big as a man, however much your muscle mass increases and the exercises that you do. In fact female fitness and bodybuilding is an ideal way for many women to develop a wonderful physique that is feminine and attractive to men, whilst building self-confidence and feeling good about yourself generally.
Women typically, will not be able to manage such heavy weights as men, so using reps as an important component in their development is vital. Slight bodies will find using smaller weights regularly is a much more effective way to develop the muscles than potentially damaging heavy weights.
What's Female Bodybuilding All About Then?
Nowadays, female fitness and bodybuilding is pretty well organized, from the casual amateur who just wants a better toned and developed body, to the really serious professional who sees competition as their goal. It's come a long way from the days when a female bodybuilder was just a shiny, glamorous object of drool, in a skimpy bikini.
In fact it's over 30 years since the first competitions began and it wasn't until the early 80's that they became a regular feature. Like all emerging sports, in a number of competitors emerged as the front runners from those early days. As you might imagine a selection process began, where potential candidates for progressing professionally were picked up by sponsors.
Pretty soon national and international bodies, just for women bodybuilders, became established, shortly followed by major national and international competitions too. As the opportunities to compete increased, more and more women took female fitness and bodybuilding seriously, so the competitions became more intense too.
It was the inception of the American Federation of Women Bodybuilders, in the 1980's, that paved the way for serious recognition that the sport was here to stay, for female bodybuilders.
How To Become A Serious Player in the Female Bodybuilding World
If you are thinking of stepping up to the plate in the female fitness and bodybuilding arena, what do you need to do?
Well, you'll need to get a few things just right.
- Nutrition is a vital component of any bodybuilding routine and for women, this is particularly important, both because of the varying hormone levels you experience each month and that bodybuilding is quite demanding.
- Timing and dedication to the sport are vital too, though some women really struggle with this as they are often strongly pulled towards their motherly responsibilities
- Exercise is, of course, a part of female fitness and bodybuilding - remember, reps work better than maxing out on weights alone, true for any bodybuilding activity, female or otherwise.
See, it's not much different from the activities that your male counterparts will focus on. If you decide to take up female fitness and bodybuilding in a big way, there is now, literally, nothing to stop you.

A.R Rahman
The name A.R.Rahman needs no introduction. The man who redefined contemporary Indian music and is the pride of the entire nation and an idol for millions all over the world needs no preamble. But if you happen to be one, still among the few unfortunate souls, who are a stranger to him and his heavenly music, then read on.
Allah Rakha Rahman was born A.S. Dileep Kumar on January 6, 1966, in Madras (now Chennai), India, to a musically affluent family. Dileep started learning the piano at the age of 4, and at the age of 9, his father passed away. Since the pressure of supporting his family fell on him, he joined Ilayaraja's troupe as a keyboard player at the age of 11. He dropped out of school as a result of this and traveled all around the world with various orchestras.
He accompanied the great tabla maestro Zakir Hussain on a few world tours and also won a scholarship at the Trinity College of Music at Oxford University, where he studied Western classical music and obtained a degree in music. Due to some personal crisis, Dileep Kumar embraced Islam and came to be known as A.R. Rahman. In 1987, he moved to advertising, where he composed more than 300 jingles over 5 years. In 1989, he started a small studio called Panchathan Record Inn, which later developed into one of the most well-equipped and advanced sound recording studios in India.
At an advertising awards function, Rahman met one of India's most famous directors, Mani Ratnam. Rahman played him a few of his music samples. Mani loved them so much that he asked Rahman to compose the music for his next film, Roja (1992). The rest, as they say, is history. He went on to compose several great hits for Tamil-language films before composing the score and songs for his first Hindi-language film, Rangeela (1995). The enormous success of his first Hindi venture was followed by the chart-topping soundtrack albums of films such as Bumbai (1995) , Dil Se.. (1998), Taal (1999), Zubeidaa (2001), and Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India (2001), which was nominated for best foreign-language film at the 2002 Academy Awards.
More recently, he worked with Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber and Shekhar Kapur (director of Elizabeth (1998)) on a musical called "Bombay Dreams." At 36 years old, A.R. Rahman has revolutionized Indian film music and one can only expect this musical genius to reach greater heights.

Control Your Anger :-)
Here are 4 steps to control your anger and have it vent in proper ways.
1. Count to 10 when you are getting upset. This is a normal way that we have all heard. We have heard it because it works if you practice it. Count to 10 and you may solve many of your outbursts before they happen.
2. Do something that is physically exerting. Instead of punching a wall or a person, go run around the house, Go for a walk, swim, bikeride, or shoot some hoops. This can provide a physical outlet for your emotions.
3. Find something that is calming. Try deep breathing from your diaphragm. Take 10 deep calming breaths. This can be very soothing for most people. Combine this with step 1 and count to 10 slowly while breathing.
4. Use "I" statements instead of "you" statements. I am frustrated because you didn't help with the housework, instead of You didn't help me with the housework. This helps in multiple ways one is your way of thinking is a bit better and you also do not upset the other person so that both parties are angry. Which of course is not a good outcome for anyone.
You can combine multiple steps above to help alleviate anger. Don't hold it in, but don't blow up. Calm yourself down and talk about it by using step number 4 above. Go for a swim or a nice shower, and you can alleviate the stresses that cause unhealthy anger.

Which Intelligences you are
According to multiple intelligence theory, there are eight basic types of intelligence. Originally Gardner listed seven intelligences, but in 1999 he added the eighth' one: naturalist intelligence. He has also considered existential intelligence and moral intelligence, but does not find these acceptable. The eight intelligences that currently are accepted in Multiple intelligence theory are:
* Spatial
* Linguistic
* Logical-mathematical
* Kinesthetic
* Musical
* Interpersonal
* Intrapersonal
* Naturalist
Spatial
This area deals with spatial judgement and the ability to visualize with the mind's eye, so to speak. Careers which suit those with this type of intelligence include artists, designers and architects. A spatial person is also good with puzzles.
Linguistic
This area has to do with words, spoken or written. People with high verbal-linguistic intelligence display a facility with words and languages. They are typically good at reading, writing, telling stories and memorizing words along with dates. They tend to learn best by reading, taking notes, listening to lectures, and discussion and debate. They are also frequently skilled at explaining, teaching and oration or persuasive speaking. Those with verbal-linguistic intelligence learn foreign languages very easily as they have high verbal memory and recall, and an ability to understand and manipulate syntax and structure.
Careers that suit those with this intelligence include writers, lawyers, policemen, philosophers, journalists, politicians, poets, and teachers.
Logical-mathematical
This area has to do with logic, abstractions, reasoning, and numbers. While it is often assumed that those with this intelligence naturally excel in mathematics, chess, computer programming and other logical or numerical activities, a more accurate definition places less emphasis on traditional mathematical ability and more on reasoning capabilities, abstract patterns of recognition, scientific thinking and investigation, and the ability to perform complex calculations. It correlates strongly with traditional concepts of "intelligence" or IQ. Careers which suit those with this intelligence include scientists, physicists, mathematicians, logicians, engineers, doctors, economists and philosophers.
Kinesthetic
The core elements of the bodily-kinesthetic intelligence are control of one's bodily motions and capacity to handle objects skillfully (206). Gardner elaborates to say that this intelligence also includes a sense of timing, a clear sense of the goal of a physical action, along with the ability to train responses so they become like reflexes.
In theory, people who have bodily-kinesthetic intelligence should learn better by involving muscular movement (e.g. getting up and moving around into the learning experience), and are generally good at physical activities such as sports or dance. They may enjoy acting or performing, and in general they are good at building and making things. They often learn best by doing something physically, rather than [by] reading or hearing about it. Those with strong bodily-kinesthetic intelligence seem to use what might be termed muscle memory - they remember things through their body such as verbal memory.
Careers that suit those with this intelligence include: athletes, dancers, musicians, actors, surgeons, doctors, builders, police officers, and soldiers. Although these careers can be duplicated through virtual simulation, they will not produce the actual physical learning that is needed in this intelligence.
Musical
display greater sensitivity to sounds, rhythms, tones, and music. They normally have good pitch and may even have absolute pitch, and are able to sing, play musical instruments, and compose music. Since there is a strong auditory component to this intelligence, those who are strongest in it may learn best via lecture. Language skills are typically highly developed in those whose base intelligence is musical. In addition, they will sometimes use songs or rhythms to learn. They have sensitivety to rhythm, pitch, meter, tone, melody or timbre.
Careers that suit those with this intelligence include instrumentalists, singers, conductors, disc-jockeys, orators, writers and composers.
Interpersonal
This area has to do with interaction with others. In theory, people who have a high interpersonal intelligence tend to be extroverts, characterized by their sensitivity to others' moods, feelings, temperaments and motivations, and their ability to cooperate in order to work as part of a group. They communicate effectively and empathize easily with others, and may be either leaders or followers. They typically learn best by working with others and often enjoy discussion and debate.
Careers that suit those with this intelligence include sales, politicians, managers, teachers, and social workers.
Intrapersonal
This area has to do with introspective and self-reflective capacities. People with intrapersonal intelligence are intuitive and typically introverted. They are skillful at deciphering their own feelings and motivations. This refers to having a deep understanding of the self; what are your strengths/ weaknesses, what makes you unique, can you predict your own reactions/ emotions.
Careers which suit those with this intelligence include philosophers, psychologists, theologians, lawyers, and writers. People with intrapersonal intelligence also prefer to work alone.
Naturalistic
This area has to do with nature, nurturing and relating information to one’s natural surroundings. Careers which suit those with this intelligence include naturalists, farmers, and gardeners.

WHY WE NEED FRIENDS
Why we need friendships when we have a lovely life in this world.
Why we need friends in our life.
Why we need friendships?
Friendships are the gift to the man kind. The relation which we get in this world are blood related. But the only relationships which doesnot related to blood is friendship. Friendship has many forms and shapes. It is like water. If we pour the water into a jug it takes the shape of jug. if you pour the same water into a bowl it takes the shape o bowl. Sameway friendships will take a different shapes and sizes according to our heart. Friendship gives pleasure to human beings. Where there is friendship then there will not be any sorrow. When you see a child laughing you will forget your sorrows for a second, sameway when you are with a friend you forget your sorrows.
Friendships crosses boundries
The world is rotating smoothly because of the friendly hearts in the world. it crosses boundries and share a mutual bonding of love. Friendships will take care of this entire world from problems. If we are friends then our countries will, when our countries are friends then there is not need of weapons. So take weapon named friendship and love and conqure the world with love.
Friendships saves life
Trusted true friendships never makes others down. it helps a lot to make friends to comeup from the situation. Friendships never expect anything in return for all its offering. It saves life without looking into situation.
Why we need friends & friendships?
Friends comes with friendships, They are the channel of love and affection. Friends are like child's heart which doesn't know wrong thinkings. When there is a friend with us we feel secure, happy, huge support, and comfortable which you can't get from others.
So Lets get some real friends in this world. and lets Be Friends.

Advantages
• Allows user search for new and old friends
• Accessible to chosen universities having a high level of security
• Makes it less awkward when communicating with strangers or people you are not familiar with
• Love attraction - can be used as a dating service system
• Makes it easier to join groups having similar likes and dislikes
• Allows members to check students who are taking the same class, living within the same area, or coming from the same academy
Facebook also has some advantages for businesses. Since Facebook is a giant network of people, businesses can advertise their business to specific groups that would most likely be interested. Those people, if they liked the product, would in turn tell their friends about the company. Facebook, because of its design, speeds up this "word-of-mouth" process. Businesses that use Facebook would be able to reach a wider audience of people then they would otherwise. Another advantage is that the cost of this advertising is very low. Businesses can save a good amount of advertising budget by using Facebook. Facebook also helps business to develop relationships with their customers and raise the visibility of their company. Facebook is a very good site for both individuals and businesses as it helps them to connect and grow.
Disadvantages
• Overcrowding
• Weakening long distance relationship
• Unsupported by physical adjacency
• Contributes wide-range procrastination
- Addiction
Surely, the disadvantages don't pose a threat to you just by merely looking at it. Someone else has to prove that what users do with their profile is directly in proportion with what can happen to them. A user must understand what he is trying to give out otherwise things might get messy and people will mistook them as someone else.
It is quite obvious that a trade off is happening between the advantages and disadvantages of Facebook. While it increases the communication and connection between friends and the online community it also increases the risk of procrastination and makes it easier for others to stalk a user. Worse, some are actually punished for what they put on their profile and would claim that it was there only for fun.
Despite the above mentioned advantages and disadvantages of an online networking service, it still is gaining demand and popularity among the young crowd. There are about 10,000 students (professionals and young professionals not yet included) who are joining into Facebook every day. This is regardless of the age, race and country. Some are now trying to criticize the status of professionalism of this site whether it's just another fad like other online networking services are.

A Good Sleep
Your bed
• Is your bed large enough? You should have enough room to stretch and turn comfortably, including with a bedmate present.
• Your mattress, pillows, and bedding. Waking up with a cramp in your back or a sore neck? Experiment with different levels of mattress firmness, foam toppers or egg crate toppers, and pillows that provide more support.
Your room
• Keep the noise level down. Too much noise—loud outside conversations, televisions blaring, music, traffic—can make it difficult to sleep well. If outside noise can’t be blocked, try masking it with a fan, white noise, or recordings of soothing sounds. Earplugs may also help.
• Keep your room dark during sleep hours. When it’s time to sleep, make sure that your environment is dark. Even dim lights—especially those from TV or computer screens—can confuse the body clock. Heavy shades can help block light from windows, or you can try an eye mask to cover your eyes.
• Room temperature and ventilation. If you can, experiment with the room temperature. Most people sleep best in a slightly cooler room with adequate ventilation. Check your windows and doors to make sure that drafts are not interfering with sleep.
• Reserve your bed for sleeping. If you associate your bed with events like work or errands, it will only make it harder to wind down at night.
Get stress and anxiety under control
• If you can’t stop yourself from worrying, especially about things outside your control, take steps to learn how to manage your thoughts. For example, you can reframe why worrying is harmful rather than helpful and practice replacing worrying with more productive thoughts. Read: How to Stop Worrying: Self-Help for Anxiety Relief
• If the stress of managing work, family, or school is keeping you awake, you need help with stress management. By learning how to manage your time effectively, handle stress in a productive way, and maintain a calm, positive outlook, you’ll be able to sleep better at night. Read: Stress Management: How to Reduce, Prevent, and Cope with Stress
• If you wake up frustrated and angry with loved ones or colleagues—rehashing arguments over and over—you may need help managing your anger. Even if you later scoff at yourself for these thoughts, don’t be too quick to dismiss them. It may mean you have feelings of anger under the surface that needs to be addressed. Read: Anger Management: Tips and Techniques for Getting Anger Under Control
Optimize your sleep schedule
Make sure you are not going to bed too early
Set a regular bedtime
Limit napping
Improve your diet
A rich, hearty dinner, topped off with a big slice of chocolate cake might seem like the perfect way to end the day, but it’s wise to avoid eating a large meal within two hours of bed. Try to make dinnertime earlier in the evening, and avoid heavy, rich foods as bedtime snacks.
Get regular exercise
You don’t have to be a star athlete to reap the benefits—as little as twenty to thirty minutes of activity helps. And you don’t need to do all thirty minutes in one session. You can break it up into five minutes here, ten minutes there, and still get the benefits.
However, be sure to schedule your exercise in the morning or early afternoon. Exercising too late in the day actually stimulates the body, raising its temperature. That’s the opposite of what you want near bedtime, because a cooler body temperature is associated with sleep. Don’t feel glued to the couch in the evening, though. Exercise such as relaxation yoga or simple stretching shouldn’t hurt.

Benefits of Yoga
Throughout the years, globalisation and changes in the standard living has affected the lifestlye of many people negatively.
These problems include:
• Stress, depression, anxiety and fear;
• Back problems and spinal or arthritis problems;
• Indigestion, heart disease and high or low blood pressure;
• Weight problems including obesity;
• Bad Body posture
With the advancements in the medical field, most people rely on medication to solve these problems.
However, other problems may arise due to the negative effects caused by long-term medication.
Thus, more people are turning to other forms of therapy like yoga to maintain good health.Yoga aims to bring different bodily functions to work together in perfect coordination.It is also the science of living right where the pratices can be incorporated into daily life.
Yoga works on all aspects, including physical, vital, mental, emotional, psychic and spiritual. Therefore, the body is worked 100% from head to toe during yoga classes.
At the outset, we must understand what we can gain out of this wonderful practice
At the physical level, yoga and its cleansing practices have proven to be extremely effective for various disorders. To get a sampling of how yoga benefits health disorders, please visit the Yoga Therapy section.
More importantly, yoga is extremely effective in:
Increasing Flexibility – yoga has positions that act upon the various joints of the body including those joints that are never really on the ‘radar screen’ let alone exercised.
Increasing lubrication of the joints, ligaments and tendons – likewise, the well-researched yoga positions exercise the different tendons and ligaments of the body.
Surprisingly it has been found that the body which may have been quite rigid starts experiencing a remarkable flexibility in even those parts which have not been consciously work upon. Why? It is here that the remarkable research behind yoga positions proves its mettle. Seemingly unrelated “non strenuous” yoga positions act upon certain parts of the body in an interrelated manner. When done together, they work in harmony to create a situation where flexibility is attained relatively easily.
Massaging of ALL Organs of the Body – Yoga is perhaps the only form of activity which massages all the internal glands and organs of the body in a thorough manner, including those – such as the prostate - that hardly get externally stimulated during our entire lifetime. Yoga acts in a wholesome manner on the various body parts. This stimulation and massage of the organs in turn benefits us by keeping away disease and providing a forewarning at the first possible instance of a likely onset of disease or disorder.
One of the far-reaching benefits of yoga is the uncanny sense of awareness that it develops in the practitioner of an impending health disorder or infection. This in turn enables the person to take pre-emptive corrective action
Complete Detoxification – By gently stretching muscles and joints as well as massaging the various organs, yoga ensures the optimum blood supply to various parts of the body. This helps in the flushing out of toxins from every nook and cranny as well as providing nourishment up to the last point. This leads to benefits such as delayed ageing, energy and a remarkable zest for life.
Excellent toning of the muscles – Muscles that have become flaccid, weak or slothy are stimulated repeatedly to shed excess flab and flaccidity.

Healthy life style
Everybody is aware that smoking is a major health hazard. It kills you slowly and reduces your life expectancy. Aside from increasing your risk for lung cancer, you also become extremely susceptible to other smoking-related diseases. It does not matter whether you only smoke a couple of sticks a week or if you finish 2 packs a day,.
Even those who do not smoke are risking their health when they are around smokers. They should limit their contact to second-hand smoke. More often than not, inhaling second-hand smoke is worse than you puffing on that death stick yourself.
2. Get adequate, quality sleep
Adequate hours of sleep should go hand in hand with good quality of sleep for your body to get the benefits of a full night’s rest. Your bedroom is your sleeping sanctuary and you should make sure that it provides rest and relaxation, nothing else. The temperature in your bedroom should be just below body temperature, there should be limited or mellow light and sound, and you should always have clean bed clothes.
Your body needs an average of 7 hours of restful sleep every night to completely recharge itself. It is also important to keep a regular sleeping pattern.
3. Have a healthier diet
Eating healthy is important to look and feel great, both inside and out. First and foremost, you should reduce your sugar intake. Small indulgences to satisfy your sweet tooth every now and then can make a difference to your overall health.
Make sure that you always have fruits and vegetables in your diet. These should be indispensable staples that help your body repair and maintain itself.
You should also avoid skipping breakfast. The body needs plenty of energy to function throughout the day. Most breakfast foods contain energy-giving nutrients like Vitamin C and D, fiber, calcium, and iron. Additionally, if you always eat breakfast, you are less likely to snack on unhealthy foods in between meals.
4. Exercise, exercise, exercise
If you are not into going to the gym, you have plenty of other options. The important thing is that you exercise regularly to keep your body fit and to burn the calories you consume daily so you won’t gain unhealthy, excess weight. In addition, exercise can also help reduce your sugar cravings.
There are websites that have free exercise plans you can do right in the comfort of your own home. You can watch videos or read articles to help you with your fitness routine. At least ten minutes of exercise every day can be beneficial to your health.
I like fast foods!!!
Fast foods include salty french fries, beef burgers, fried chicken, and pizzas with a thick cheese covering. These appeal to the Western palate by being fatty, low in fibre and nutrients, but high in salt (one beef burger can contain more than 1000 milligrams of sodium). To make matters worse, they are often served with sugar-laden soft drinks or creamy milkshakes full of empty calories or fat.
Those who regularly eat fast foods should be particularly selective, moderating the intake of unhealthy options and choosing healthy options, such as salads with low-fat dressings, wholegrain buns, and skimmed milk.
The pace of modern life is fast, and nowhere is it faster than in America. We want fast transportation, fast communication, fast computers, fast photos, fast music, fast repairs, and fast service from the businesses. It is from the last of these that we got fast food.
Fast food outlets are take-away or take-out providers, often with a "drive-through" service which allows customers to order and pick up food from their cars; but most also have a seating area in which customers can eat the food on the premises.
Nearly from its inception, fast food has been designed to be eaten "on the go", often does not require traditional cutlery, and is eaten as a finger food. Common menu items at fast food outlets include fish and chips, sandwiches, pitas, hamburgers, fried chicken, French fries, chicken nuggets, tacos, pizza, hot dogs, and ice cream, although many fast food restaurants offer "slower" foods like chili, mashed potatoes, and salads

Making healthier choices at fast food restaurants is easier if you prepare ahead by checking guides that show you the nutritional content of meal choices at your favorite restaurants. Free downloadable guides help you evaluate your options. If you have a special dietary concern, such as diabetes, heart health or weight loss, the websites of national non-profits provide useful advice. You can also choose to patronize restaurants that focus on natural, high quality food.
Dancing means bodily movement and expression
Dance provides a rare opportunity to experience body as both functional and symbolic. While dancing, the individual is embroiled in body as the creative producer of ‘ideas’, as a medium for communicating ideas, and as the disciplined executant of those ideas. Ideas generated by the dancing body can include images of physical identity, such as a body's characteristic postures, stances, or gestures, or they might include physical representations of thoughts, feelings, moods, intuitions, or impulses. Ideas issuing from the dancing body also consist in pronouncements about its nature — its shapes, its differentiation of body parts or regions, its rhythms, and its tensile qualities of motion — as it negotiates its surroundings and the force of gravity, and as it encounters other bodies. Through the articulation of these ideas, dance both reproduces and generates key cultural values.
Bodies engaged in dancing typically learn a dance — the orchestrated movement patterns known as the choreography — and they also learn to perform the dance, according to the criteria of proper performance of the movement patterns. Both the dance's choreography and performance resonate strongly with more general cultural concerns.
Dance provides a vision of what it is to be a body for those who watch it, and an experience of being a body for those who do it. At the same time, dance places this experience of identity in motion so that the dancing body flexibility of each moment and its changing relation to the world.
BALLROOM DANCING
Dancing and romancing is once again being viewed in a more positive light. For a while, it seemed as though a quest for independence was driving couples apart on the dance floor, especially among younger crowds. The 1970’s saw a renewed interest in partner dancing when Saturday Night Fever exploded and a wave of disco clubs sprang up across the country. Since then, there seems to be a growing fervor among younger people for couples' dancing. The hype for country line and partner dancing that hit in the 1980’s followed by an increased interest in the Latin rhythm dances is proving that people enjoy getting to know one another in romantic and safe social contexts. Ballroom dancing provides just such an atmosphere
HIP HOP DANCING
Hip-hop is a modern culture consisting of music, fashion, and art. The first people who made this music genre are the African Americans. Hip-hop began to be popular all over the world.
BELLY DANCING
More recently, Belly Dance has been praised for its countless health benefits. In the West, people have been using it for the purposes of healing (physical as well as emotional), meditation, weight loss, stress relief and to improve muscle tone, endurance, balance, flexibility, body awareness, and coordination.
Although so many women start studying it because of its health benefits, they eventually find that Belly Dance allows them to express their femininity and rediscover their body's natural movement, while having fun, looking beautiful, and feeling good.
SALSA DANCING
Salsa dancing is incredibly popular throughout Latin America and the United States, and is gaining popularity in Europe and elsewhere. Many clubs specialize in salsa music and most towns offer classes in salsa dancing. While not the easiest dance form, because of its high tempo, is it not particularly difficult, and dancers of all skill levels should be able to gain proficiency within a matter of months.

Fitness Helps In Managing Weight

Just keep yourself fit by taking stairs and not using elevators, walking during free time and doing jumping jack during the commercials.
Fitness Boosts Energy Level
If you end up tired after doing household chores or grocery shopping, it is an indication that your fitness level is not up to the mark. Carry out regular physical exercises to improve your fitness and in turn, it will enhance your energy level. Physical activity is important as it delivers nutrients and oxygen to our tissues and makes the flow of blood more efficient. Thus, we get more energy to carry out all tasks if we are fit.

Those who face difficulty in falling asleep at night should boost their fitness level by increasing their daily physical activity. Having a good night sleep
is important as it improves our mood, concentration as well as productivity. Regular physical activity not just helps one in falling asleep but also deepens our sleep.
Mind and body fitness:
Many people who want to get into shape don't realize there is more to fitness than well-toned muscles. There's no shortage of exercise regimes that just promote the perfection of the body, or the idea of fitness as a part of a weight loss plan.
Whether you choose yoga or another form of movement for exercise, remember that our bodies are made to move to feel good. So when you incorporate regular activity in your life, you're moving closer to overall mind and body fitness. But if you are overweight, this can be more difficult. You can improve your mind-body connection for better mind and body fitness - it's just important to choose realistic fitness
It's important to be realistic about what we expect from ourselves. Consider your goals. Is 30 to 60 minutes on a treadmill a reasonable time frame at this point in your life? Are you setting yourself up for failure or success when you create this expectation for yourself? Would it be more enjoyable to you to do some stretching and a shorter period of time on the treadmill?
It is also important to tailor your fitness goals to your preferences. Some people like the idea of getting out of the house in the evening and going to the gym. Others prefer staying home and doing a quieter exercise routine after the demands of a stressful day. Either approach, or a combination of the two, can result in improved mind and body fitness.
Remember that fitness of mind and body belong together, and that exercise is very narrowly defined in our society. So redefine exercise as any activity that reduces stress and connects your mind and body. You'll be more likely to continue your exercise plan and achieve the outcome you're looking for.
Building Friendship
Friendship is another form of love. It is not a lesser form of love but just another kind. Some people even consider friendship as the highest form of love. Like love, friendship is built over time through trust and acceptance. However, unlike love, friendship is not a monogamous relationship. Two people in a friendship don't need to exclude other people from their relationship as one can have two or more friends. Friendship can best be thought of as two people, side by side, moving forward together in life.
Friendship can also be defined in terms of freedom. Having a friend can also be liberating. It gives you the feeling of freedom to be yourself. To show what you really are and how you really feel. How many of us have been in a situation where we only express what we truly feel to our friends? When my ex boyfriend and I broke up, I was sad and devastated. However I didn't want to tell anyone because I was afraid to be judged. When my very close friend found out and called me, I immediately broke down and told her how I really feel inside. It felt liberating to have someone who would listen and you can truly express yourself.

In order to promote a healthy relationship there must be equality and loyalty between friends and a strong desire to work through any challenges that come up.
Education is very important
A advantage of a university-level education, whether that be the traditional academic education, or a more specialised training that exists and is provided at university level within the Higher Education sector so that this type of education really very important for businessmen and women. Once upon a time, people thought that a University education would better people, but unfortunately it doesn't do it by itself, people have to work hard and young people these days aren't used to that. Beside that practical lesson in the education give more knowledge and brave to students to face the business troubles.
A university education teaches one to work with dedication and commitment towards the goal of learning and achieving. A serious degree of self mastery is involved in this process as well as the traditional subject learning plus skills of essay writing, researching, forming an argument, development of vocabulary, skills and knowledges.
Of course over and above all of this, there is a social education that occurs, a maturation process, a growth to adulthood and that state's wonders and woes. Learning to work and live with others is an important life skill that is learned.
A degree from a university means many thing to many different people. Only you can define the importance of a degree such as this to you and only you can determine whether or not now is the time for you to pursue a university degree.
If you are unsure about how advantageous a university degree could be to your life let's look at some of the advantages to a university education in relationship to acommunity college education. Money. The first obvious advantage of a university education would be in future earning potential. A four-year degree trumps a two-year degree almost every time. There would have to be exceptional circumstances for someone with a two-year degree to earn more over the course of a lifetime than someone with a four-year degree in the same exact field.
While a degree does not guarantee employability, it does improve the odds as well as the income potential that is associated with the field you are entering into. If you have a two-year degree the decision to continue your educational pursuits can be a tough one but it is well worth the effort in the end.
Housing. This is another distinct advantage that universities offer over community colleges. In fact, many universities are now offering housing opportunities to students with families in addition to those students who have no families.
Colleges and universities are offering all kinds of value when it comes to housing and meal plans. A great deal of the college experience is missed when you do not live on campus. For this particular reason students wishing to enjoy the experience that dorm life provides often consider universities over community colleges.
Diversity. This is another key component that is often missing at the community college level. International students find no real price breaks between universities and community colleges so they tend to opt for the housing and cultural atmosphere that universities present rather than going with the limiting educational, residential, and cultural experience offered by many community colleges.
You will find students of different races, religions, cultures, and nations on the university level-far more than will typically be seen in a community college unless you are attending community college in a very culturally diverse city such as New York.
Culture. This is something that is often lacking on the community college level, as they are largely commuter campuses. You will not see quite the opportunity to experience art, music, theatre, and other wonderful experiences that universities pride themselves in offering to their students.
There is nothing quite like the cultural offerings of most large universities and if you get the opportunity I hope you will take the time to stop and experience some of the wonderful things that being in a university community present you with an opportunity to experience.
Research opportunities. On a university level you will have the opportunity to participate in research projects with certain professors if your prove yourself worthy and express an interest. This is something that isn't as likely on the community college level as most professors in a community college are dedicated to teaching rather than research. You will find that the experience of working on a large-scale research project is unlike anything you are likely to experience again if you ever get the chance.
Confidence. There is nothing quite like a college degree from a university to help you become a more confident person both personally and professionally. This is something that really can't be achieved on the community college level but can only be experienced by getting a degree from a university.
We have discussed some of the wonderful advantages that university life and educations present. However, we must in turn discuss some of the other disadvantages that are associated with university learning as well. While we discuss these you should keep in mind that they do not by any means indicate that you should give up on your higher education goals, only that you should view your educational process with realistic expectations. While there are many types of financial aid available to students the vast majority of college students in this country make ends meet through the use of student loans, which must be repaid at quite a hefty interest rate, in order to cover the costs associated with university educations.
Beyond the one obvious disadvantage there are a few other disadvantages that bear mentioning in this particular circumstance. First of all, universities do not have the small intimate classroom settings.
In fact, for lower level course, most universities offer large auditorium classes that are taught by graduate students rather than professors and more often than not the students never get to know those who are charged with their education on more than a nod and smile while passing in the halls basis.
This method for learning is considered by many to be exceptionally inferior and the statistics prove that students who go straight into a four-year college environment
If that isn't enough of a disadvantage, many people find that the impersonal atmosphere of most universities is quite limiting when it comes to interaction with other students.
An open line of communication within the classroom is greatly preferred to having so many students that no one gets a voice or the ability to voice their opinions or personal experiences when it comes to certain topics.
Another disadvantage to university life is the sheer size of university campuses. This means that students have a fairly decent chance of making it to all classes not on time.
While this is great for physical fitness, missing the first ten minutes of class each week can limit the educational process that your university experience should be providing. It seems like such a small thing on one hand but when you are hauling around a day's worth of textbooks and a laptop- that hike can be the thing that marines seem dubious about accomplishing.
While there are a few distinctive disadvantages to university life, the fact remains that graduation from a university is the single biggest way to increase your earning potential over the course of your lifetime.
If you wish to build self-confidence, earning potential, and job security, there is no way of doing so that is superior to getting a four-year degree. It doesn't matter where you are in life or your career; it is never too late to begin getting your education. There are so many things in the world that a good education will open your eyes to in addition to the doors of opportunity a four-year degree will open.
If you lack confidence when dealing with others or in your career, I hope that you will find that your university education is just the thing to help you feel more confidence on all levels of your life.
These are just a small sampling of the advantage and disadvantage of attending a university over archive business world. I hope you will carefully consider these when making your decision about which is best for your personal education needs.
